This is a one of the worst developers Playa. They presently have a project on Calle 42 N and one on 48 N shut down because they always do shotty construction and try to do work without permits. If you are able find some owners at their other buildings and you will find very unhappy regretful buyers having to spend a lot to fix serious structural issues, plumbing problems and other deficiencies. Look at any other developer and stay away from this one, they should have their builder permit revoked.
